The penalty was dialed up really high because it was not properly being applied in the preseason - I'm going to dial it back to what I was originally thinking it should be set to and see how that plays out. I think I will also reduce its effectiveness if the offense comes out in a goal line formation, because I think that might be an exploit since there are so few goal line defensive plays, you could literally put every play in your offense as a goal line personnel and probably run all over the defense by the middle of the first quarter.
