Quick glance of the AFC, there's only a couple teams outside of us that are right up against the cap. Everyone else is ~20-40m under.

Your $18 mil in dead cap doesn't help. Otherwise you'd be around $20 mil under. And I don't recommend using the negotiator tool for mass renegotiations, it doesn't give you the best terms.
