How do injuries affect game performance?

I have a WR in Paydirt that has 2 injuries. One is a leg @ 36 and a arm @ 25 but still catch 6 passes for 109 yds and a TD.

He had the leg injury of worst than 36 going into the game(by memory in the 20's) and got the arm injury during the 2nd play of the game i think.

Unless I'm way off base, in reality if this cat was on the field he'd be so over-matched that it would result in a int every time the ball was thrown his way?
