In MFN 1 this WR... https://mfn1.myfootballnow.com/player/10785 ... is still injured from the previous season and training camp is done as well. A glitch?

This can happen if the injury is significant enough - the sim doesn't reset all injuries, it just performs a significant recovery sim that will recover most injuries.
