A nice feature would be, when looking at coaches, if there was a way to compare the ratings of the coach your looking at possibly hiring vs. your current coach.

Yeah, just easier than constantly switching pages. Like when you look at the possible coach's ratings, your current coaches ratings pop up right next to it or in parentheses?

Yeah, I definitely can see something like that. Maybe a drop-down at the top to choose which of your coaches you are comparing him to.
