I've a rule to try a 2 pt conversion systematically. There has always been a bug on my first TD of a game, which was followed with a kick. Now, it doesn't fire anymore. https://mfn1.myfootballnow.com/box/8183

Whether or not you go for a 2-point conversion is controlled in your misc settings, you might check to make sure you have that set correctly. The rule matrix just decides what play to use when you are going for 2, but you have to be going for 2 already for it to fire.
