JDB,

I know speed against frame (weight/height) has been addressed,but I forget, was the strength of a player against his frame (weight/height) ever delt with ?

ie so a 100 strong skinny WR, couldn`t man handle a 95 strengh big old DT.

No. ST still scales with weight linearly. So 100 ST FB at 243 pounds will just get stronger when you move him to OL.
