Another tweak to the blocking assignment algorithm, I think punt blocking is significantly improved here. It may now be -too- good.

I also reduced the impact of weight during pass blocking, which should cause it to rely more on skill vs skill. Run blocking was unchanged.

This guy picked up 3 sacks this way. Just basing it on skill vs skill its the elite acceleration by the DT at play as the deciding factor. Perhaps play abuse, but inconsistent results are seen in other plays and other players.

This i think is a blitz and the pick ups look a bit strange but i cannot find it always happening. I have a slow guy that needs more testing as he slides through the same way, but once again not all the time.
