This is the safety. He’s six year vet with 75 zone . He was quite familiar with the offensive play and the defense one I couldn’t even find it in his plays? https://victory.myfootballnow.com/watch/424#78233 This is the same pass vs a similar defense. Who knows what the QBs is doing here. That pass was very inaccurate.. but at least he wasn’t sacked. The other defenses this pass faced were cover 2 zones and the QBs found the TE open a couple of times. This is a good play in the hopes to strike big vs man or dump it off vs zone. As this code plays out these quicker hitting plays will be in a winners book . The spacing and timing seem to fit. |

I haven't looked at film, but a scan of preseason box reiterates what has already been observed:
QB passing continues to be problematic Sacks are way up for DL, still non-existent for LBs It is so easy to run the ball now, I had 400 yards rushing at 9 yards per carry |

Two guys had a clear shot but no takers. I see others that pick up sacks this way . Possibly pushing sacks towards DEs some. |

A bit later we use the TE1 as a pass blocker and the LDE is picked up. Too bad we lost the back as a receiver (outlet) cause he’d be wide open. |

The LDE is not touched but it a quick pass. 5th or 6th time this same blitz has been used and we start getting yards against it. |

Untouched , blitz counts are climbing fast and we are complete a lot more shorter passes which is good. And when we use a TE to block we’re doing even better but why the LDE always unblocked when you match up these type of formations and plays.

Again untouched. Yes we are using almost the exact play matchup here but the QBs seems hurried but no hurries in the verbage or stats. Perhaps hurries are in line with sacks and are high as well but not tallied anywhere cause poor throws?

Easily over a dozen calls of this blitz and this time it’s vs that pa rollout....pretty nice but it’s definitely overused by this matchup.....the problem is the next play matchup is the same and we take a sack. We know it’s coming but we’re too slow? |
