I like the new penalty abundance, it helps bring balance to the Force, but I had assumed teams/players with lower discipline would get penalized more. Yet, looking at the top 20 of most penalized players from last year, I find the lowest discipline in there is 58, with a lot of guys in the 85-100 range.

Is discipline broken atm?

Holy cow, you're right - it was doing the discipline part of that calculation backwards. I just changed it and pushed the fix, it should be resolved now.
