EoH TOs on defense

I don't like them. Every team is a master at clock management in the last two minutes, so taking these TOs on defense is asking for it.

This is a topic that I've been meaning to address as well.
If a D is up by just a few points there is no way they're taking a 2nd down TO when the other team has the ball on the 40 and just got 7 on 1st down.
