I'm pretty upset at my return man. In the last two games, he's let most punts bounce, which costs us a whole bunch of field position. Bad dice rolls?

Might be, the logic is simple, just decreasing probability from 100% if the ball will be fielded at the 20 yard line or beyond to 0% if the ball will be fielded at the goal line.

Another issue is that few punters seem to have any "touch" on 40 yarders...they go flying out of the endzone. I think we need to see more of those end up as 25 yard punts as fair catches on the 12-15.

You're right, there is no "touch" kicks right now, but that's on the future feature list.
