I added some recursion to the algorithm to see if it would resolve differently (it did, some of the larger movement is from tweaking the algorithm). After week 11:
1 Carolina +1 2 New Jersey -1 3 Kansas City +7 4 San Diego +7 5 New Orleans +2 6 New England 0 7 Atlanta +1 8 Baltimore -4 9 Buffalo -6 10 Dallas +9 11 Pittsburgh -6 12 Philadelphia +10 13 Indianapolis +2 14 Arizona -5 15 Miami +1 16 Jacksonville +1 17 New York +6 18 Green Bay -4 19 Tennessee -6 20 Oakland +5 21 St. Louis -9 22 Houston +6 23 Washington +7 24 Minnesota 0 25 Tampa Bay -4 26 Cleveland -6 27 Chicago -9 28 Denver +1 29 Cincinnati +3 30 Detroit +1 31 San Francisco -5 32 Seattle -5

Oh yeah, moving into the top 10!
And a 9 point jump! Things are starting to look good here in Dallas.

I never understand these things anyway, but Zona dropped 5 places to 14 after winning against St.Louis? Ha ha if I'm the Rams I'm p'd off that my loss didn't mean anything. Nice to see though

Recursion (i think) makes strength of schedule more important. You dropping is more likely a result of that being introduced as opposed to your week 11 result.

Week 11 Week 10 Carolina 0 Carolina New Jersey 0 New Jersey Kansas City 0 Kansas City New England 0 New England Baltimore +2 New Orleans San Diego +4 Atlanta Arizona +3 Baltimore Dallas +4 Buffalo Green Bay +2 Arizona New Orleans -5 San Diego Pittsburgh +7 Green Bay Buffalo -4 Dallas Atlanta -8 Tennessee Jacksonville+9 Miami Philadelphia +6 Tampa Bay Tennessee -3 Indianapolis Minnesota +12 Pittsburgh Miami -4 St Louis Indianapolis-3 Oakland Tampa Bay -5 Chicago St. Louis -4 Philadelphia Detroit +8 New York Washington+6 Jacksonville Houston +2 San Francisco Chicago -5 Cincinatti New York -4 Houston Oakland -8 Cleveland San Francisco -5 Minnesota Cleveland -2 Washington Cincinnati -5 Detroit Denver 0 Denver Seattle 0 Seattle
Had Another go with my system a couple of big movers is actually because the the middle is so close in terms of the algorithms output. I have compared it to last rounds and the number in the middle is the movement since then.
I already had a strength of schedule effect in my algorithm which i guess is why arizona went upwards in mine
