backwards pass bug

I have pushed what I hope to be the fix to the backwards pass bug (where the QB inexplicably throws a backwards pass when under duress, which has resulted in some very interesting plays). This is in the beta game engine for week 11, please let me know if you notice either:
* You see that this bug still exists or, more importantly * You see something new that messes up the QB's passing ability.
If there are no issues after our week 11 here I will patch the 0.3.1 game engine with this fix.
