Changing min league size to 50%

I'm going to push the minimum league size back to 50% starting with tonight's sims - so MFN-1 and MFN-4 will start back up again.

that's cool, thanks for the heads up. I've had trouble time wise lately getting my league stuff done which is a shame cause I like the game. I don't want to miss the first draft though so I'll have to cut out some time to tinker with the draft set up.
