I noticed quite a few plays in today's game v. Detroit where once the ball is snapped, one of the DEs will just stand there. He isn't rushing or dropping into coverage...just stands around and not engaged with a defender. He will usually re-engage later in the play, but doesn't apply any pressure at all. Not sure if anyone else noticed something similar.

The LB play didn't seem weird to me.... it seemed like he was simply in a zone but the DE play was weird.. but looking at the play call..It looks like he has an outside rush/contain but he kinda just stood there since the play didn't come his way..You know what yeah thats pretty weird too lol

Have a look through the MIA/NJJ game.

The DE on both teams barely rushed the passer any play,he dropped off,looked around and only when the QB was obviously gonna pass the ball ,he decided to engage the LT and rush the passer.

With only 3 Lineman rushing the passer ,both QB`s had a field day.

Needs looking at ASAP.

Did anyone notice this happening in week 16? I pushed a fix that I thought might solve it but I'm not 100% sure it was the real issue.
