Are most offensive plays symmetrical? If so, how is the direction determined?

No, most plays shouldn't be symmetrical. Right now, all plays are strong right - exactly as it is shown in the diagram. Does that answer what you're asking?

Thanks. Now I just need to find good run blocking right side of the o-line players :)
