Is the scrambling bug fixed yet?

So for a while I haven't been really paying attention with this game that much and Was wondering if the east west scrambling QB glitch is fixed yet?

For a while I did see the usual east/west scramble, then a short pause before the odd hotfoot down the sideline, but not recently.

It will be the next piece of the game engine to be worked on, once the new interface goes live.
