All the team info was randomly generated, to prevent any psychological holding back from making changes to your team. While you need to purchase credits to make changes to your team, you can still grab a team for free if you want to immerse yourself in a completely fictional environment!

If draft starts on Dec 1st up to what day can we change the teams city or any of the other changes? Will it be by training camp?

You can do it as soon as you become the owner of a team - and you have until the training camp stage to do it, i.e. you can't make a change once games start until the next offseason.

There is a "customize" button on your team page below the details (to the right of the team image)

Cool, just wanted to make sure I am disabled and only get allowance once a month on 3rd..lol

What are the rules for customization?

Does it need to be completely fictional or could you customize to resemble your favorite college team, for example?

I will only remove a customization if it is not family friendly or if it is copyrighted and the owner of the copyright contacts us to take it down. There are no rules other than being forced to choose a city that exists in the database, and having reasonable contrast in your color scheme.
