I apologize for not posting this earlier, I had thought I did but I just sent an e-mail blast. Version 0.2.1 has been released (and MFN-1 & 2 are already using it) - here are the updates:

* The active player roster limit has been REMOVED during the pre-season. This allows you to see more of your roster in action during this time when you are trying to evaluate them. So as you go into your next pre-season depth chart, leave your whole roster active!

* You can now rename players on your roster! During the offseason through the training camp stage, you have the option to rename any of your rookies you have drafted or signed in the offseason. If a player is eligible to rename, you'll see a "Rename" button on his player card.

* The "Wrong Way Willie" bug has been fixed (I hope!)

* The pursuit algorithm has been updated. This should hopefully reduce players over-pursuing.

* Holding penalty spot bug has been fixed.

* Toss play should not be fumbled as much and shouldn't fly back when it is.

* Other minor bug fixes have been made including improvements in the defensive pass coverage as well as reducing the success rate of onside kicks.

Would also like to see the muffed punts cut down some. I think this happens way to much. Maybe it has to do with the tackler being right on top of the return man, shouldnt there be more space allowed for return man to have room to catch ball?

I'll put a note to take a look at it.

I think it'd be reasonable that fair catch rules apply as per http://www.nfl.com/rulebook/faircatch

Use defender's Discipline (and possibly a little Speed / Acceleration / Intelligence) rating to determine if they can (or care to) peel off the fair catch receiver in time, and definitely Intelligence to try and see if the receiver might be faking the fair catch to force the touchback.
