Lately in MFN 16 The drafts haven't been very deep. So it is critical that you are scouting the available talent to fit a system. That's why the Patriots, Steelers, Seahawks and Packers (this year an exception) are consistent winners.

This couldn't be more wrong in regards to you saying the Packers have been great at getting guys to fit their system. Their system has been to let Aaron Rodgers run for his life to buy a very mediocre supporting cast time to get open. The defense has been awful for years. The Packers are not a good team, they just have a first ballet hall of famer at QB. Do you realize they have spent their highest picks on defense for the last 5-6 years straight and still have a bottom 5-10 defense?
