I have had Way too many injured players on my rooster recently especially for upcoming game.
What is up with the game engine?

Looking at your team i don't find the injuries out of control at all. Probable isn't that big of a deal and the players are fine to play. I usually will play questionable based on the injured body part and the depth i have on my team. Guys get banged up in real life every game and still play, I think the injuries are pretty realistic except i find QB's don't get injured enough on MFN and there aren't very many season ending injuries compared to NFL

Yeah, there's an ebb and flow with injuries. You may start the season with everyone pretty healthy for the first few games, then out of the blue, your whole secondary is out with questionable to doubtful injuries! Yes that happened to me not too long ago. I think I was suiting up just 40 or 41 players for two or three games.

And I have had a time when both QBs were too hurt to play. That was a fun couple of games!

It's just one of those interesting facets of managing the team. At times frustrating, but pretty realistic for the most part.

i've played probably 100 seasons or maybe more and i've only had my starting qb's miss maybe 5 games. Maybe i'm just lucky but that seems kinda low. Otherwise i usually enjoy having to mix and match a lineup up to fill in for injuries. I do wish there was a practice squad that you can use as a buffer to pull guys up if you have a longer injury without having to train a free agent. :)

I have been making that point for quite some time. Too few really bad injuries. Nobody likes them - but they happen in real life and should happen in MFN. (And a player should not have to be OUT to be put on IR. Any injury lasting more than a few weeks should be enough and at the GM's discretion.)

I will say this, though, there was a time where RBs were getting injured and when they came back from off the 'serious injury' their production would be slashed by 50% or more.

JDB has definitely cleaned that up for which I'm grateful.

I had a guy I cut because he was injured enough to be useless for half the season. He wasn't a great player; a reserve for a bit of depth. If he'd been hurt just a little more, I think I could've put him on IR, as it was, I cut him.
