Then maybe newer owners should have like a league where only the newer ones are allowed in where they all get to learn like you described above then once they learn all that is needed to learned then they come to the leagues then maybe they dont get taken advantage of because they learned what they needed to learn to keep their draft picks and build roster from the ground floor.

I don't think that new owners should trade AT ALL until they are comfortable knowing how to weight players and knowing what positions are most valuable. I've seen a lot of new owners hit the trade window and ship all of their great players away for free.
