To re-focus:
1. Patreon has some support.

2. I really do like the idea of deal with ads or subscribe/anti ad blocker.

3. really like the idea of paying for extra stats and more dtailed everything that the nerdists love so much, whether they use or not. This might be the best subscription model for MFN - a full nerd woody for love you long time money - LMBO. It is probably one of the best ideas I've seen come of this thread.

Keep it up everyone!
Great stuff!

1. If any lousy streaming website can have some "please donate" box, where people can send money, why not just add one here?

2. Could also start a Kickstarter campaign to get enough funds.

3. For 2., be more transparent, lay out next developing steps, maybe even get someone to manage community forums. So players receive information and you can focus on developing.

4. Think about Sundays! I'm really new to this game, same for most guys in my league...and the #1 complaint is the 3 days between games from Saturday to Tuesday.

If you already lost players, 3. and 4. might be the reasons for it.

Awesome game, don't think there is something similar available right now. Please don't waste that!

As a relatively new user, I like what I have experienced and enjoy the game. Yes I have purchased a few credits and yes if required I would likely buy additional credits as needed.
I also agree that the model should include more structure for fees/credits to create the leagues and/or join the teams. It also wouldn't bother me if there was a new structure put in place. Just grandfather the existing and maybe offer some new features moving forward and charge for the game

I like the current setup where you can start for free but the banner ads get harsh pretty quickly. But it does allow a person opportunity to see what is up and whether there is enough to draw you in.

Most of what i spend my credits on is renaming my players. I would be more inclined to spend credits if i were allowed to rename the rookies after training camp. In other words; I would give you (JDB) more money.

That's a great point, I also enjoy renaming players but yes after camp when you know who is going to make the roster. Also I would rather a nominal fee for a "custom" team where you can rename as many as you want, so if you take over a team you could rename the current players to your theme names.

You can rename any player you desire during the off-season. This means any player.
