I am behind by a touchdown and this is the playcalling I get leading up to and in the 2 minute warning. The first play after 2 min warning (a run on 2nd and long) and then letting all that clock tick away for a 3rd and long when I had 3 TO's left made absolutely no sense. Then to top it off i kick a fg...Just makes no sense at all.

That is odd, what are your hurry up settings set to? The run tells me that you're not in hurry-up at that point or you have a rule that is getting fired.

What was also weird is I had it set so i would run about 55% of the game and even when i was ahead i was dropping back to pass the majority of the time. QB was way off all game as well on decision making by throwing into triple coverage's when in the same line of vision had wide open receivers.

Just had a bad game on Offense I guess, I had ripped through the league all season so it was due to happen..lol

Ok, here's what it looks like happened:

You were in hurry up, but since you're on the opponent's 33 yard line and there's still 2 minutes to go, you are not concerned at this point with preserving the clock - if you score a TD in 30 seconds that's way too much time for the other team to counter. So the 2nd down calls a run play from your regular rules for 2nd and probably medium, and lets the clock run down.

I'm more concerned about why you kicked a field goal on 4th down, but I think I have identified a probable cause and will release a patch.
