The previous owner, Lucky, is mad at me so hopefully he doesn't flood this post with **** while I sleep today.

I'm currently listed as the owner under my dummy account I just created, so the AI doesn't do a hatchet job on the cap. The team is still available, just PM me @ raidergreg69. I won't be logged in as USFLCommish much so I won't see those PM's.
