New Season for USFL, Need 2

The USFL/WFL is about to begin it's 25th season and we find ourselves with 2 teams needing owners.

One team made the playoffs last season, the New Orleans VooDoo https://usflwfl.myfootballnow.com/team/21

The other team, the New York Stars https://usflwfl.myfootballnow.com/team/30 has speed at the skill positions but struggled to find the right plays in 4.6
