player weight

Who determine the player weight? the coaches? if I have a bad coaches in a particular area he will weight that position wrong so I won't have very good rating for players in that position?. can anybody explain a bit that area of the game. thank u
my doubt appear since I was looking to my players and my kicker in the kicker attributes is in the 90s but in the roster is in 80s why?

Go to My Team > Edit Player Weights.

Here you can setup whatever weights you'd like, or just use the default ratings (for your head coach).

The default ratings are based on your Head Coach only.

I think the head coach has more knowledge than I so far in this game. maybe I will do it in another time when I will have more experience in what really attributes are important to weight per positions

is it possible that a player with 50 current rate under head coach default weight can have more than 50 rate if I twig a bit that player weight. I don't want to make a mistake of cutting players that are ok but according to the head coach default weight are not. what do u guys recommend?
playing with the head coach default weight per position is a good choice or should I change it a bit? if is so is there any guide out there that I can read about it so will weight properly?

Change it to suit your style of play. If you favor brawn over speed, then emphasize strength, and visa versa. If you favor zone over man-to-man, then increase the zone weight. I don't use the head coach ratings at all.
