Weights for Individual Plays

I am in My Team -> Gameplanning -> Offense -> View Plays. I have figured out how to get plays in and out of this list, but I can't figure out how to change the weights once I get them there. I seem to be stuck with whatever the game arbitrarily assigns to me.

The weights are based on personnel. If you like a play, you have to have the right personnel to run it. For instance, if you like a play out of singleback slot strong, but your slider/graph under for 1RB/1TE/3WR is low, then you need to increase that to increase the play weight.

gameplanning->offense->personnel
I typically use the text view, as its easier to use imo
