Position Experience..

For Example,

You have a WR playing at RB 3.

Does he gain Position Exp. as a RB, when he`s on the 53 man roster ?
Does he gain it when he`s on the 46 man Active Roster ?
Does he gain it when he is involved in a play on the field as a RB ?
All of the above ?
