Are they any recommended player weights for 4.6 yet like there are for 4.5?

From what I've seen, there are no major changes between 4.5 and 4.6 that should cause you to re-evaluate your weights.

The minimum attribute values may be different for some position though.

OL > AC seems to matter a whole lot more. I would set a min at 60-70.

WR/RB/DB/LB > AC seems to matter some more, but the minimum speed needed will be lower because of this:

Tweak to speed - reducing the difference between speed of 0 and speed of 100

At some point, I'll actually compile how I think this affects the game, but the short answer here is that you can likely rotate your minimum speed requirements down 5 display points. So if you were running your LBs at a minimum speed of 80 like I do, you can likely run them at a minimum speed of 75 (or even 65, which I'm not brave enough to try).

[Because math these numbers get stupidly exaggerated the slower a player is. For example, a 40 SP player today is like as fast or faster than a 50 SP player in 4.5. It also likely means the speed gap between 65 and 95 displayed speed is less than 10 functional speed points.]

DE, DT > These positions benefit the most from the speed change, so max out Pass Rush and Run Def. AC has always been important here, so keep looking for at least 60-70 AC to accelerate past OL.
