AI playcalling

I totally hate the fact the there is a built in AI that takes over at the end of the half that all of a sudden makes your team play conservative. Up 28-7 with under 2 minutes to go, give up a TD and then conservatively run the ball 3 in a row and give up another TD. If I want my team to run the ball on 3rd 7-10 then I will have it in my setting. There should be no AI regarding a teams play calling. This takes away from the owners gameplan, some teams like to keep pushing until halftime. With over a minute left and 3 TO's left could have easily got down into FG range.

This is controlled by the "slow down" setting in your misc gameplan settings. Basically this goes into a clock draining/run only offense if you are up by the appropriate number of scores with the time remaining.

In the first half?

Gotta agree here, up 21 points in the first half is not a time where I want my team to get conservative.

No, if it happened in the first half then it came from your game plan (slow down doesn't fire in the first half but hurry up does).

Are you sure then that those plays were not in your game plan at all? It could have just been the dice roll, because the AI would not go conservative like that without having some sort of direction to do so.

How about have different settings then that separate first half and end of game?

Like I had said it was 3rd and 7 or 8 and I didnt have any runs in my gameplan for 3rd downs.
