Safety then receiving team gets ball at opponents 20

Upon getting sacked for a safety, the kickoff is skipped and the team that got the 2 points gets the ball at the opponents 20. This doesn't seem right unless there was a recent rule change.

This has been a bug that has eluded me for a long time, but I think I have finally solved it. I have it in testing in MFN-1 now, and if it works it will be included in the next release which hopefully will be ready sometime next month.
