trading for coaches?

Is it possible to trade for a coach? My oc is tttteeeerrrrriiibbbblllleeeeeee....

No, but you can sign a new coach at any time to be your OC.

What's makes the OC terrible? His rating number? Lol

You are using the HCs plays so he is the one calling the shots .. the OC just helps with development

Both his HC and OC in CUST18 are rated in the 60s.

I just bumped my DC to HC. Hopefully this will help. How often do good OC DC pop up? Do we need to develop them for years

You have to be uber aggressive in the Early FA period to get a good HC by poaching from another team. That will then set the tone for your OC/DC which you can poach from other teams PCs.

How do you poach a coach ? HAHAH but seriously, does the coach need to be in the last year of his contract, or can I make him an offer he can't refuse?

The only way you can poach a coach is in free agency and promote to one of three positions, HC, OC or DC. You can't poach a positional coach and put him on your team as a positional coach. You can only pick those guys up as FAs.
