Quick note on this - in the NFL, compensatory picks are not taken away from the team that signed the free agent. They are additional picks that are created at the end of the 3rd/4th/5th rounds.

I picked up a team that was obviously affected by collusion. Draft picks are crazy. 65 Rated RB in the second round.

I was in a bit of rush and just hit the button. Sorry. I wish all this stuff was in the game.

Ares will never be able to recoup the same compensatory value in terms of how cap space can be created and in actual possible future compensatory picks for that same player . A player can be leverage this way any time a contract is up. We all had monster space but for the champ to get the best guy is not what would happen in the nfl.

Reggie White was old on a second contract exhaustion when the Eagles recieved a first rounder ( perhaps under an short used version of their formula ) for letting him walk. No one could match GB they had too much cap room.

Here it seems everyone has money so my points are mute but still with a tighter cap all this stuff would be needed. And make drafting trading and FA feel more real as fewer would have financial means to build a super roster .

The pats are forced to be creative with roster/ salaries to stay at the top....here its the main part of the game, but I would like to be more in depth .All in order to make cap room for Brady.

Essentially the whole system is to make it hard to keep players in order for parity. For exciting competition . Here it's very friendly number to work with.

well 2 owners who had that team poppyoooo and Acecody did quite well with it.

poppyoooo had them be the conference champ in 2017.
**Side Note that is nothing to laugh at heck i won my 1st conference title game in like 6 tries that should tell you how hard it is **

Acecody had them be a wildcard team in 2016

I am not sure who did what but i would imagine both users probably thought to be able to contend they had to mortage their future to be able to win in their 1st season with the team.

To me this looks like this team was NOT involved in collusion.

Regarding the one trade made, are you suggesting Seattle and the Miners went back and forth "negotiating" before the trade was accepted just so if someone happened to take over and review this it would look legit? If it was collusion I would think there would only be one offer.

As far as the draft goes, how do you know the Ai didn't make those picks? The team "history" doesn't tell you when an owner took over.

In addition, even if the previous owner made the picks, they could just have a different weighting system than yours (or use the default). The only pick that looks bad to me is the first one (2nd rounder). The rest are 4th round or later so they aren't really important. He may have just been gambling looking for a hidden gem. That's what I do.

I'm still a n00b and read things wrong. I thought brody owned Seattle and Miners. I didn't consider that someone would stock up for one year and abandon afterward. I'm learning. Thanks for taking it easy on me.

I'm not going to call it collusion, but there appears to be something funky going down with Indianapolis in Cust-33. Trading away multiple 1st rounders, didn't have #1 pick last year as they traded away their 1st rounder. Basically giving away high value picks for magic buttons, or trading similar round picks that are likely to be early for Indy to teams that are likely to be picking late.

Again, not pointing fingers, but it's a head scratcher.

The owner is brendosault, and he/she has 29 teams. Maybe just a lack of attention being paid? IDK, everyone has their own game plan, but some of the deals just didn't make sense to me. Not trying to offend anyone and he/she is clearly very involved in MFN with that many teams, just my take.

nysus is definitely a dummy account . pretty much proved it when he has made trades and not done his depth chart. hes not even making roster moves for any of his 30 teams. if you call him out he will get so upset and start cussing and sticking up for himself. hes made so many trades in a lot of leagues.
