Qb throws so many picks...

My young qb whos like mid 70s overall, throws SOOOOOO many intereceptions, when other players who have less stats throw way less interceptions, i have decent receivers, they arent great but arent bad, my game plan is fairly west coast in terms of run + short pass, but he just throws so many picks!!! not to mention my secondary which has higher ratings than most in the league never seems to get any... growing pretty weary of this as its almost out of my control... HELP

His release is low and his hard count is very low, This could be a reason for the interceptions.

I didnt look but his exp for the plays you are using may also be a reason.

isnt hard count just his ability to cause offsides? release is low sure but that should just make his throws less catchable not lead to more picks.. that should be pass accuracy...

oh btw i would think hard count works for your team too. Timing their routes etc.

It happens. I just had my QB in league 11 throw 5 first half INT's and 6 total for game.

He is a very solid QB, It could be familiarity with plays in playbook. I know I changed a lot of my plays so could be why he had such a bad game or was just one of those days

I am pretty sure hard count has to do with offsides but also could help receivers get an additional boost to there B&R avoidance. I am not positive on that.

Yeah I know. It just seems like he throws a ton of picks every game with little explanation. As I didn't really change any plays up either. I guess I changed coaches in the off season but he really should have a grasp of the offense by now surely

Sometimes it just happens. I have had seasons like that with QB's as well.

True. I guess having a banged up o line put him under pressure too
