I was actually looking at that team yesterday and there's a solid amount of talent on the team despite this year's record. They went 11-5 last year so it shouldn't be that bad.

AZ is open in MFN-19. This team is loaded with talent, but it has cap problems, it doesn't have a full roster, it had injury problems at the end of the year, it had an absent owner for the last month (but still went 12-4), it only has three draft picks in this next draft, it's in a wild card game tomorrow: https://mfn19.myfootballnow.com/team/view/23

Now the good news, next season the team is out of cap **** and almost the entire team has been re-signed. You could probably rework more of the contracts to lower the total cap more.
