So is there anything different between the game play in custom or regular league? I know you can change the name, and move the team....anything else?

The only differences are the teams and uniforms.

Nothing gameplay related.

San Antonio and San Francisco are both SAN. How do we know where each picks in the draft?

I think there are 4 with SAN as the code.
