Leagues I'm in now are clear and definitive with rules to halt the punt block, therefore.... (only have 1 league specifically designed to allow an ALL-OUT approach; all the rest punt blocks = banned)

Therefore, yeah. If 1 GM/team is armed and loaded with a maxed out punt blocking approach and the other GM/team is approaching it regular (no punt block scheme in place) the sim engine will steamroll over the GM whom is set up punt block-less. Beyond the injury pop ups, you'll just ride a wave of momentum and win the sim engine over to make the game an ugly one for the opposing side. :(
