How do you know which teams haven't signed up?

Go to the league home page. Click on the GM, then you'll see a tab for leagues. Click on that and you'll see when they are signed up for whatever leagues they are in.

PS - You can also do it in the forums. Just click on my name, and it will bring up my card. You start in the Details tab, and you can click on Leagues tab to see what teams I am involved with.

Also, you should really join league MFN-2. We need more players!

There are 18 currently in MFN-2. There will be less than that here. Only 11 of 32 teams have resigned for next season in MFN-1 at this point.
