Looks like punt returns are out of control again: there's already been 17 punt return TDs in the league in only four weeks and a total of 26 different players have punt returns of 20 yards or more

I have pushed an update that should reduce the number of huge punt returns into MFN-1 starting with week 12. Let me know what you think. (Punts should average a bit more hang time and be a tad shorter; I think we had too much punting outkicking the coverage.)
