This isn't going well, I have no cap space to hire coaches, and if I want to free any up have to make cuts, but the fool who had this team before me has given out dumb-*** contracts that screw the teams cap for infinity and beyond, Matt Millan thank you for your help

MFN-1 has some old coach salaries that are too high - you can free up a ton of coach salary space by replacing one (or more) of your overpaid assistant coaches with ones with small contracts.

This team is just a train wreck and TBH I wish I hadn't taken it on. I'm not sure if someone else can take it on, if there is ... its yours.
