What happened to the new rule that new GM`s can`t trade for 30 days?

New GM in Detroit on Jan 21st.

Yes, until the old interface has retired you will be able to work around the rule by using the old interface.

This is a solid trade for detroit, so at least it's not he's just basically giving players or picks away.
