Considering TC is the time when players grow the most, I'm very disappointing with what I've seen of my players so far. The top grower I've seen gained two current points, including rookies.

Also, we need an easier way to navigate the Progress window so we can see the whole team without having to click on the player name, then View, then Progress, then go back to the roster screen to pick another player. Maybe a "next player" button in the Progress screen?

Yeah, I'm going to look into that and see if I can't increase the progress a little more agressively. It's still being way too slow.

that's interesting - and does give credence to the possible idea of seeing a wider view of player progress that FF mentioned. Will have to think about that -

its seems the better players did make big jumps. Now some of them where players moved in positions so that might have something to do with it. But like the dt i have up for trade jumped from 71 to 80 staying at the same position.

Yeah, that's good. But still, do we want it to be possible for a player to never fully develop -or even come close- during his career? It's an idea, such as what a bust might be. But we'd have to make sure there's a proper distribution of players that develop and players that don't (and a certain level of consistency from year to year, if not, over time good and bad development years will push overall player development toward the mean).

This will happen somewhat via the coaching staff - which is probably part of the reason we have such poor improvements in MFN-1, since the coaching staff was way under-scored when the league was created. But that's an interesting thought about having some players being more likely to bust out than others.
