I need help .. is there a difference concerning coach contracts in here vs the other leagues?

Case in point .. I was looking over coaches and when I went to offer a contract I got this:


Current Contracts: $135,903,203
Pending Contracts: $22,126,999
Remaining Cash Flow: $-13,633,047

So I did my usual thing of offering other coaches lower contracts .. to no avail.

Had 8 PCs making around 8 million each this year .. offered 8 new PCs 250k each and the offers were rejected .. why?

I think the issue is the default number ($22,126,999) being entered. as soon as I enter a contract that brings the cash flow positive, the pending goes to 0 and the cash flow to $2 ..

Can this be fixed? I'd like to be more competitive in hiring a HC in the offseason ... I know its early, just didn't know if it was an easy fix or not .. Thanks!

What you're seeing is actually the expected behavior, if the contract you are offering will lower your cash flow the bar continues to show the state in the event that the coach does not sign the offer. That way you're not going to end up over the limit when a coach signs with another team.

The reason your coaches didn't sign is because the interface was allowing you to submit an offer below the minimum coach salary. I have fixed that bug and went into your account to test the submission. Let me know if Monday they still don't sign.
