Just to clarify, people are overriding the RB spot, typically on outside runs and getting pretty redonk results... IE 7-10 ypc for the season.

RBs are 217#, WRs are 197# ... that's 2-3 SP.

From the best I've figured out, +/- 7 pounds = +/- 1 point of speed. It's not an exact science, but it's a good rule of thumb.

A few years ago I drafted a midround rb that weighed 171? With a speed of 100.
Ohh boy was he fast. I was begging for weight gain to be turned off. Each season he got more mediocre.
