Is there anything we do in this stage? I don't see anything specific.

You beat me to the punch, I wast going to post about this first thing this morning.

Training camp is the stage where your players will learn their playbook and get a base conditioning value. You have one last chance to sign players and coaches during this stage in order to get them on your roster in time for camp. It's essentially a free agent stage, but it's identified differently because the training camp will actually occur this time. There's nothing you need to do to define what happens during training camp.

After training camp, we'll have a midweek on Monday, and the games start on Tuesday!

So do we need to have already picked out plays to put in the play book before TC runs?

No, you can do that anytime. Basically, TC doesn't matter much.

TC is important, but it's more of a deadline stage as opposed to one that you need to do something special for.
