Do UDFA's get the same potential TC boost as late round picks?

They don't get a volatility boost but they do get the TC boost based on their experience.

Can you add the volatility boost to them like late round players get? In fact, shouldn't UDFAs have a <5% chance of having their VOL jump to 100 to simulate those real diamonds in the rough.
