No, but if you're on the clock you just need to make sure that the player you want is at the top of your list.

It's set up that way to prevent anyone from getting upset that someone is holding up the draft, and to help everyone who is able to check their pick know exactly when their pick will fire so they don't have to sit and watch it all day if they don't want to.

I spent a bit looking for the " draft this player button" myself. Something satisfying about it.

Even better is the draft clock though. Maybe if it's your time slot the player card could have a draft button that moves them to the top of the list?
