Regarding player ratings, if "Cur" is their current rating and "Fut" is their future rating, what is "Rat"?
My apologies for not including this on the tour page, I need to make a video on this topic because it does require an explanation. Here is an explanation in ASCII format...
Each player has a current and future rating. I'm sure you know what those are ... current is where their skill is now, future is where it's projected to be. The volatility of the future rating is determined by how far above the current rating it is. So if your player has 10/90 in his pass catching skills, that 90 could easily drop as the current slowly approaches it. The closer the current is to the future, the less the range of the future's changes.
The overall ratings are driven by your own settings in "My Team->Edit Player Weights." Any auto-depth chart, auto-draft, etc. logic is driven by your own personal settings.
Now .. the third value "Rat" is your head coach's rating for the value of player. This will always be a number between the player's current and future values. He will use your weights, but he will have a bias toward the current or toward the future. If you look at the head coach's card (or any coach, for that matter), you will see a value for "Conservative Evaluation." A value of "0" here means that he only looks at the future skill when determining his value; a value of "100" means that he only looks at the current skill when determining his value.
This is a control that will eventually move into the player weights screen, so that you can control for yourself where you want this to fall; but for now, the scale is determined by your head coach. You can choose to follow your head coach's formula, or just evaluate this your own way. It's just there to give everyone a slightly different score for each player.
